On your mark get set it’s an abominable start
You there with the crooked contorted heart

Don’t quit the race now, wait to be disqualified at the end.
Along with everyone who proves twisted, distorted and bent

Now friends, this is quite amazing concerning everyone on the track
They’ve all began running the wrong direction like their brains were on crack

But some turn around, to the praise of his grace
Offspring of the righteous one, children through faith

Delivered and blameless through Jesus the Christ
Accepted by God they are made his delights
